Barrett’s Haunted Mansion features two attractions: The Haunted Mansion and Condemned--each redesigned to maximize your fears.
After 33 years, a curse has consumed Barrett’s Haunted Mansion.
This curse will lead you through an entanglement of rooms that have been engulfed in the stench of this overpowering entity. This curse will devour you if you give in for even a second.
The question is, can you overcome it or will you become one of its soulless pawns, helping it to breathe and live on, festering in others? Hold on tight.
In October 1998, a NOx leak was detected from the facility alarms. In an attempt to stop the leak, the staff suffered severe chemical burns. The unsuccessful attempt left the community severely exposed to the gases. Production continued despite the leak.
The entire community was locked down on Friday, September 13, 2013, leaving those within to fend for themselves. Studies indicate that the level of NOx exposure has left the survivors’ skin discolored and scarred, and it may have possibly affected their mental state. Due to their altered appearance and forced adaptation to the environment, they are now referred to as Coulro-Sapiens.

Lights On Guided Tours for $20 - Barrett’s Haunted Mansion opens up its doors for a guided behind-the-scenes, lights-on, actor-free look at their haunted attractions, costume, and makeup areas to give you a peek at what it takes to launch this incredible show every Halloween season. Tours will begin beneath the covered line behind the house and run between 30-40min. Details
Darkness Unleashed Special Event (18+) (details)
Wednesday, October 23rd - Darkness Unleashed returns to the Haunted Mansion in 2024! Experience physical contact, separation, up-close interactions and complete darkness throughout the Haunted Mansion attraction. One night only. (Our Condemned attraction will be closed on this evening).

Devil's Night Special Event (18+) (details)
Wednesday, October 30th- Devil's Night at Condemned
Join us for a terrifying night of physical contact, separation and up-close interactions throughout the attraction and queue lines. 10/30 Devil’s Night takes over our Condemned attraction for a true fright seeker’s experience where our characters are permitted to have physical contact with you. You may be grabbed, pulled away from your group temporarily, have (non-staining) liquid sprayed on you, etc. This will be a single attraction ticket. Limited tickets available. (The Haunted Mansion is not open during this event).

General admission tickets are $40/person, includes both attractions.
R.I.P Tickets are available for $65/person and apply to general admission tickets only. Includes both attractions and enables you to skip the long lines.
