Wellfleet Cemetery Tours

Join the Wellfleet Historical Society to learn about Wellfleet’s “forever here residents” with a local WHS&M historian for a 90-minute look at Pleasant Hill and Oakdale Cemeteries.

Hear fascinating stories about those inhabitants who shaped and were shaped by this exceptional town. Sea captains, writers, inventors, privateers and more are awaiting your visit.

The tour includes one-half mile of walking on uneven ground.

Tickets: $20, children get free admission (accompanied by an adult). Tickets available online.

Location: Participants meet at the main gate to the cemetery on Gross Hill Road (opposite the police station)
