Pumpkinman Triathlon & Pumpkin Pi (3.14 miler) Running Festival

Join the Pumpkinman Running Festival in South Berwick, Maine—celebrating 19 years of community, fun, and local pride! This event welcomes everyone, whether you run, walk, or cheer.

Pick your race: from the family-friendly 1-Mile Fun Run with medals, to the energetic 5K, the unique Pumpkin Pi 3.14 Miler, the challenging Jenni 8.675309 Miler, or the epic 30K. Take on the Battle on Spring Hill with 31 loops uphill, try the new Hill Climb Relay, or test your grit with the Ruck Hill Climb.

Every participant gets a swag bag, bib, medal, and race shirt (except 1-mile), plus access to a harvest brunch with cider mimosas, pumpkin beer, live music, lawn games, and a family fun zone.
