Movies in the Plaza is back in downtown New Haven with Wednesday night outdoor movies through October!

Every Wednesday evening after sundown enjoy your favorite films under the stars in downtown New Haven’s 9th Square public park - Pitkin Plaza.

Decisions to postpone or cancel due to weather are made and posted here by 3PM the day of the event.
For the safety of our guests and equipment, if the forecast shows any indication of poor weather, the event will not be held that evening.

• (Leashed) Pet-friendly event.
• Bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, and pillows.
• Weather-dependent event.

HEALTH & SAFETY EVENT GUIDELINES:

• The event is FREE to attend, RSVP not required. All guests are required to register names and contact info upon entry to the event. Staff may ask those who refuse to leave.

• Space is limited. Please plan to arrive early to secure your spot as Pitkin Plaza has a fire code seating capacity.

• While some bistro table seating is available, guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, blankets and other items and are expected to clean up any personal trash and take home all items at the end of the event.

• Event staff reserves the right to remove any guest or group found not following these health & safety guidelines or any other requests.
