Dia de los Muertos – associated with All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day — is a holiday celebrated in Mexico. The holiday is treated as a time to celebrate rather than mourn the dead and brings together family and friends. Food is a major part of the celebration. Join Chef Thi in the kitchen for this hands-on class as she shares her favorite Mexican recipes to celebrate Dia de los Muertos. You’ll make Tamales with Refried Beans, spicy homemade Salsa Verde, and a flavor-bursting Citrus and Kale Salad with Pepitas and Spiced Cilantro Lime Dressing.
