Contest Rules and Eligibility Requirements

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of continental United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins Sept 19, 2025, 8:00am EST and ends Sept 20, 2025, 7am  EST. ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. The sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen at random.
The winners will be announced on or about Sept 20, 2025 at or about 10am EST. Announcements and instructions for the prize will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner's entry form. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within two (2) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

WEATHER POLICY
If this event is canceled due to weather, no refund or credit will be carried over into future dates or seasons.

PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

MARKETING CONSENT
From time to time, we may run contests that may require you to provide us with your name, email, and state of residence. If you choose to participate in a contest, your name, email, and state may be shared with the specific third party co-partner associated with this contest you are entering (the attraction, event, or producer).

If you choose to enter a contest, your name and email may be disclosed to third parties (who act as processors with contractual terms applicable to protect data) or the public (via social media handle announcing contest winners) in connection with the administration of such contest, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection and prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the contest’s official rules, such as on a winners list.

The information you submit is used to contact you in the event that you are selected to win a prize from the contest, in addition to sending you special offers and other marketing material connected to this contest co-partner (attraction or event).

Email addresses collected via contests may be used to create a mailing list which the third-party contest co-partner may use to send special offers to customers. You always retain the option to opt-out of receiving special offers and marketing material by unchecking the appropriate box at any time.

By participating in a contest, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that contest, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsors and third-party connected to this contest to use your email in advertising or marketing associated with the contest promotional partner associated with the contest you are entering.

You can choose not to include some of the information requested, but some of it is required (usually name and email address as a minimum so that we can contact the winner). You have the right to not to enter our sweepstakes if you do not wish to provide us with your name or email.
